REQUIREMENTS

The Buy Back Program is available to customers who purchased their new unicycles from MYEWHEEL.COM, provided the product is still within the warranty period and meets the return conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.

To qualify, the unicycle must be in good condition, showing only the usual wear from regular use and returned to us in its original packaging along with all accessories.

S16 vs S16 Pro

S16 Pro: Samsung 50S battery cells, each capable of delivering up to 25 A, which allows higher power output, reduced voltage sag, and cooler operation — better performance and better safety. Motor power is 3000 W, with a top speed of 60 km/h.
S16: Samsung 50G cells at up to 10 A per cell. Adequate for normal use, but with less headroom in high-demand situations, which can mean more voltage sag and more heat. Motor power is 2800 W, with a top speed of 50 km/h.

If you want maximum performance, longevity, and reliability, the S16 Pro is the better choice, with its more powerful motor and 50S cells. If outright speed isn't your priority, the standard S16 covers the same ground for less.
