FAQ

1. Delivery

Await your order to arrive in 2-7 business days. All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after clearance of payment. All products are sent in safe packaging, to protect the product, and come with a tracking number.

2. Warranty

We offer 2 years of warranty on the engine and motherboard and 1 year of warranty on the battery.
Tires and inner tubes are outside of the scope of the warranty. If you change the tire/tube, it will not void your warranty given that there was no damage done to the product during the disassembly.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, breakage or damage during use and misuse such as exceeding the weight or speed limits of the product (check the individual model specifications). However, we can repair or replace faulty parts that fall outside of the warranty at an additional charge.

3. Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit card payments and bank wire transfers. 

4. What does the price include?

All taxes and VAT are included in the price for all European Union countries. If you are a VAT-registered company, we can issue a VAT-free invoice.

5. Will I have to pay any import duty taxes?

If we ship to an address of an EU country – no. Because we are an EU-based company, we pay all necessary import taxes. 

6. Refund Policy

Every product you buy in our store can be returned up to 14 days from receiving it, without any reason. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened to qualify for a product refund. You will receive the refund up to 14 days after we get the product back. Please note that you must contact us first to verify eligibility before shipping the product(s) back to us. Return shipping fee is your responsibility and is non-refundable. 


7. Aftersale Support

Contact us if you have any questions or maintenance issues with your unicycle at help@myewheel.com. Every warranty claim must contain a video showing the problem you've encountered and the serial number of the wheel.

9. Are electric unicycles legal?

Each country has different laws and regulations for personal electric vehicles. We recommend that you check your local laws before purchasing such a device. Participants in the world forum forum.electricunicycle.org wrote the document that you could find here, and we cannot be sure if what is written in it is up to date.
