We know adventures never stop, but sometimes your unicycle might need to! That's why we’ve introduced our Buy Back Program, making it easier than ever to keep you on the move with fresh rides while helping reduce waste.
Here's how it works: When you're ready to upgrade, we’ll take back your used unicycle, refurbish it, and prepare it for its next journey—no hassle, no stress. You'll save money on your next purchase while doing your part to keep e-mobility sustainable.
By participating in our Buy Back Program, you're not just refreshing your ride: you’re also contributing to a circular economy that extends the life of each unicycle. Together we can reduce waste, save resources and keep the adventure rolling for years to come!
REQUIREMENTS
The Buy Back Program is available to customers who purchased their new unicycles from MYEWHEEL.COM, provided the product is still within the warranty period and meets the return conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.
To qualify, the unicycle must be in good condition, showing only the usual wear from regular use and returned to us in its original packaging along with all accessories.
Step 1: Send an email to info@myewheel.com with photos showing:
mileage;
views of the unicycle from all sides;
all accompanying documents from the original purchase;
the charger and all accessories.
Step 2: We'll review the photos and assess the product under our warranty terms. If approved, we’ll provide an estimated buy back price range.
Step 3: If you agree with the range, we would arrange for pick-up (shipping costs are covered by you).
Step 4: Once we receive the product, we’ll finalize the buy back price within 14 days, based on its condition.
Step 5: Our customer service team will reach out with a voucher code for the proposed price. You can put this voucher towards your new unicycle order in MYEWHEEL.COM online shop.
We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders over €300 in the EU. Delivery timeframe is 2-7 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment clearance. All orders are sent in safe packaging to protect the products and come with a tracking number.

We offer 2 YEARS of warranty for the engine and motherboard and 1 YEAR of warranty for the battery.
Tires and inner tubes are outside of the scope of the warranty. If you change the tire/tube, it will not void your warranty given that there was no damage done to the product during the disassembly/assembly process.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, breakage or damage during use and misuse such as exceeding the weight or speed limits of the product (check the individual model specifications). However, we can repair or replace faulty parts that fall outside of the warranty at an additional charge.
We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit card payments and bank wire transfers.
EU Customers
The price includes all taxes and VAT charges for delivery to European Union (EU) countries.
If you are a VAT-registered company, enter the respective VAT number and we would issue a VAT-free invoice.
Customers Outside the EU
If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU), VAT will not be charged on your order. However, please note that your shipment may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, taxes or fees, depending on your country's regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices and beyond our control.

EU Customers
If we ship to an address of an EU country – no. Because we are an EU-based company, we pay all necessary import taxes.
Customers Outside the EU
If your delivery address is outside the European Union (EU) your shipment may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, taxes or fees, depending on your country's regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices and beyond our control.

Every product you buy in our store can be returned up to 14 days from receiving it, without any reason. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened to qualify for a product refund. You will receive the refund up to 14 days after we get the product back. Please note that you must contact us first to verify eligibility before shipping the product(s) back to us. Return shipping fee is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
Contact us if you have any questions or maintenance issues with your unicycle at help@myewheel.com. Every warranty claim must contain a video showing the problem you've encountered and the serial number of the wheel.
