REQUIREMENTS

The Buy Back Program is available to customers who purchased their new unicycles from MYEWHEEL.COM, provided the product is still within the warranty period and meets the return conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.

To qualify, the unicycle must be in good condition, showing only the usual wear from regular use and returned to us in its original packaging along with all accessories.

Free insured DHL shipping across the EU for all orders above 300 euros, dispatched within one business day. 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

The wheels have been UPGRADED from the InMotion V12 HS to the Pro model. This means that it comes with a High-Speed motor and NOT a High-Torque motor of the standard Pro version!
