The Motor Terminal Block kit is the connector block that joins the motor's phase wires to the controller inside the shell. It is a genuine KingSong part, supplied as a replacement for a block that has been damaged, overheated or disturbed during a rebuild.

Phase connections carry the full current the motor draws, so a block that is cracked, discoloured or no longer clamping firmly is worth replacing rather than re-using — this is not a part to improvise around.
